Nautilius is a confidential offer room for serious Lagos land sales. Buyers encrypt parcel-bound offers to a registry-selected Flare TEE. A narrowly scoped FCC result can then authorize FTestXRP testnet escrow and an auditable completion or refund path.
Nautilius coordinates bidding, escrow state, and evidence commitments. It does not verify ownership, issue a Certificate of Occupancy, obtain Lagos State Governor’s Consent, or replace professional due diligence and official registration.

What the product protects

The browser encrypts buyer identity, offer amount, nonce, and expiry before those fields enter the public FCC instruction. Ciphertext, routing metadata, the selected winner, clearing amount, and settlement state remain public.
The local integration suite has passed browser-generated ECIES ciphertext through the pinned official tee-node /decrypt endpoint for create, signed bid, and clear operations.

Current verification state

The LandDeal and v0.1 instruction sender contracts are deployed on Coston2. FCC extension 66252 is registered. The registry currently has no active production TEE or approved production code hash for the extension, so Nautilius does not claim a live FCC action, production attestation, parcel transaction, or FTestXRP movement.
The verified v0.1 deployment predates the Nautilius name. Its Solidity artifact and EIP-712 domain retain SilentLot as immutable compatibility identifiers. See deployed v0.1 identifiers.
